Adding another Supporter while in Process

I am an expat who will have to report 0 income once wife gets her visa. I will then have to prove 3x the salary requirement in liquid assets. My residents and future retirement domicile is outside the U.S. My financial holdings which are properly reported under FATCA, most of my holdings are not liquid. I did start liquidation of what amount I feel is required but could be several months out. There fore from some very nice folks on these threads it is suggested in such cases to have a second or additional supporter. Presently we are at the stage waiting for our DS 261 to be evaluated so we can pay the IV Fees and submit the DS 260. Can I add a second supporter at the stage and what is the process?

You already submitted the AOS package?If so and if you don't get check-listed than why not wait till interview have all your joint sponsors papers if you wish and preset only of they say you need a joint sponsor.

September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Thanks for the advice and the more I read the less concerned I become. We are very patient as we are living together already which is most people's true goal with immigration to be united. Thanks again.

I will have to look into the those timelines you mentioned.
