Anybody expecting the case to arrive at the U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt anytime soon?

Do you get the interview dates already?

My case is moving from NVC to the Consulate now/soon.

DHL tracking shows a package a day at Frankfurt.

Mine arrived very recently. Quick transfer from NVC. Interview can only be scheduled after FRN has RECEIVED the results of your medical.

So: wait for letter from consulate, do DS-160, schedule medical, wait for consulate to tell you they received it, then schedule interview online.

No interview letter for us as well so far. (CR1)

Ugh, even the last steps are taking the rest of us. I think since NVC is working so fast, the embassy is receiving a lot more cases at a time, so it maybe takes a little longer for scheduling. Who knows though  .

For all of you a very Happy Easter :goofy:

As for email confirmation of Frankfurt Consulate given to my husband (petitioner):

There is no law that forbids to travel to the States while petition pending but the last word is by the immigration officer at POE. He decides and if he thinks you won´t have enough ties returning to Germany he won´t let you in.

We (the FRN consulate) recommend NOT traveling to the States while a pending CR1 petition.

Jamy2014, I received the same advice from the attorney and from a person who was sent back at the POE.

Do NOT travel with a pending case.

Jamy2014, I received the same advice from the attorney and from a person who was sent back at the POE.

Do NOT travel with a pending case.

It is a real challenge for the patience but I followed the advice. All I need is getting sent back at POE. So hubby is the one who does all the travel now :(

Is this just for Germany or what? My husband lives in the Netherlands like literally 20 minutes from Germany. We started this CR1 process like May 9th and very fortunately since that day we have alternated going back and forth monthly- two months with ZERO problems. Friday when he lands will be I believe his 5th or 6th time since starting this. Although not gunna lie this time feels the most stressful, even knowing hes got proof like waiting on interview letter and so on. Get that one jacka$$ officer that could eff up our whole process.
