For medical exam you need passport, 5 photos pasdport size, cedula and confirmation page from ustraveldocs.com

The page ustraveldocs.com is the page where you schedule your interview at vca abd at the consulate.

Vca is a new center where you go days before interview to do the fingersprint taken and photos.

You need go to the carebean and read about the new process.
