I'm going with the K3 if it doesn't get closed out. I don't care about the money. We have it and just want to live like a married couple. If the k3 makes it through NVC it will be in lagos in 2 weeks time. I130 is the best visa but 4 more months or more at the NVC is too long. We Already waited over 6 months for the noa2. Enough is enough.

Nigeria doesn't issue K3's so just prepare your documents now for the IR1/CR1 route. He can now go get his police report and scan to you so you have all packages ready to go.

6 months to NOA2 in the immigration world that's fast. You are almost there. Make sure no mistakes to get checklist you could be done in 2 months after you get case#. Than over to me and the fun Interview thread. :goofy:

Yes you are correct ad usual. They closed the k3 but I'm all over the CR1 process. Hubby selected me as his choice of Agent. I paid the AOL bill. The payment shows in process. He's getting police report next week too. I didn't wait on the nvc instructions to arrive. I called and got the case and invoice numbers. So far so good. Thank you so much!

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Haha relax Darnell. They closed it anyway. I'm already close to half way through the NVC process. We're going with CR1.

but but - you wasted time at USCIS, filing the I-129F, somewhere from 2 to 9 weeks.

I did...i know...dont remind me uuugghh. Shoot me now. I don't know why they even allow you to file the k3 if it's obsolete. So ridiculous. Well I'm not going to cry about it now. We're almost there

shoot you now? I had hoped it done earlier, in your other thread.

I tried, I did !

<<thems were metaphors for doses of reality, no real guns involved>>

reminder - any bonafide marriage evidence can be submitted into NVC with the civil doc packet. - this is called side-loading - and is recommended if you were sparse on I-130 submittal - interview day handover is too late for your evidence.

Hahaha...omg you know what? I was going to ask about sending more proof of bona-fide relationship. Do you suggest more chatlogs? I've sent tons of pics. Phone records, Facebook posts etc.
