Is there any one that got a scan date in OCT 2014 for nebraska service center that has not been approve for noa2 , i ran the numbers from 30 thru 50 that had same scan date as mine and they all are approve or have rfe, but mine and one more other one has not been touch and its been more than 5 months

just got off phone with uscis trying to do a service call and the lady say system want let her put it in because they are working on sep 16 2014

wow/ lady at uscis say they working on sep 16 but they have approve 30 petition that has a scan date of oct 21

Nebraska is slow. The average waiting time seems to be around 5.5 months. Hopefully you'll hear something any day now.
