ok..But I sent 2011, 2012, 2013 to NVC they approved my case..Just starting this month I m working less hrs..So If i get employment verification letter its gonna say my annual income which is less than what I was making last month :( So dont know what to do..Thts y I dont what to put my parents as dependents in tht way my household income will be 2 and I hope this will work

well they may or may not notice and think you just adjusted the household size for immigration purposes so be very careful what you do so you don;t get caught in a misrep. Because they have the evidence and what will you husband say when asked where do the parents live

Confused about interview scheduling. Reading in here NVC schedules only a couple weeks out of the month correct? NVC representative I just called said they have people that do that scheduling everyday throughout the month now. There is no break of days from it. He still said he would have NO idea when Amsterdam schedules there. Confirmed that so few people Immigrate from Netherlands hes surprised its taking them even this long to schedule ours. Also said they may throw you for a loop and schedule you for an interview that's a week away? Any opinions?

Calling the embassy won't do anything for you. Your case isn't there they don't know who you are. You are scheduled by NVC.

Yeahs understand that, I was just wondering if they would be able to give any "general" information though. I think the reality is that it's just back to playing the waiting game with Nvc...at least it's not the "60 day" bit!!

Greetings All, Our interview date is May 13th and I'm trying to get documents ready for the interview. I was wondering what part of the document will NVC send to the Embassy. I front loaded all the evidence with my I-130 application. I sent 100's of (wedding/visits photos), 100's of email correspondence/phone bills from the binging of the relationship till I-130 was filed. Do you think I still need take those documents (what was already submitted) to the interview? or should I only take what I haven't submitted? Since our K-1 was denied, I sent them box full of evidences for our CR-1. We do not know what was the Red flag. Hopefully my husband will get the visa this time. I really appreciate your advise. Thank you all for all the support!

Had our interview this morning. My husband said that it went well (they wouldn't let me in) and that the CO said that everything looked fine but they need to verify his juvenile criminal record from the US (the report we sent NVC was not very official looking so I'm wondering if that's why they want to verify or maybe they verify all criminal records). So we are now in Administrative Processing :(

The CO told my husband that they would be calling us next week. It makes me feel hopeful that they gave such a specific time frame, however, I have read so many horror stories about people being in AP forever and I just hope this doesn't turn into a long thing.

Well I have no idea what USCIS might have sent to NVC and what NVC will send to consulate.

But I think you should take all and as many evidences as you can to show and thus you will make it very strong case for any denial.

Well I haven't sent any photos to USCIS but will be carrying whole wedding album with me.

I think you're appearing at Bombay consulate rt?
