Hello guys, I'm super excited because yesterday my status of the i485 changed and my interview was schedule for April 30 which was a shock because I haven't even been approved for the employment authorization or advance parole (my buometrics were the 13th of match)

Anyway the status changed yesterday and today i received the notice with the adresss, date, time, list of things i Need to take with me and it says birth certificates of my husband (the petitioner) and me BUT according to my attorney my husband was just fine with his certificate of naturalization (he was born in the dominican republic) and I just wanted to see what your opinions are (I have an attorney because I was previously married and it's kinda complicated but that's another story) because we don't have his and we would have to ask one of his fam members to try and get it for him.

I'm gonna call my attorney tomorrow to make sure but like I said what are your opinions?

They only need proof of his citizenship, passport or naturalization certificate is sufficient. Good luck.
