I-134 necessary when my fiancé is in the military

hello military folks

my fiancé isn't sure about if he has to fill out the I-134, cause he's in the military.

He's right now still on deployment and not in the US.

we want to get married via K1 visa (I need it I'm not from the U.S.) and the mentioned I-134 is one of documents I need for the interview at the embassy in Frankfurt later on.

Received by USICS: March 25th 2015
Mail notification + Case accepted and routed to CSC:
March 27th 2015

NOA1 hard Copy received: April 4th 2015 :dancing:

Mail notification - Petition Approved NOA2: May 8th 2015

B-) NOA2 hard Copy received: May 15th 2015 :thumbs::dance:

Called NVC & Received Case NR: May 29th 2015 :thumbs:

At NVC: Since 21th May 2015

Stuck at AP :clock:

left NVC/ In Transit to Frankfurt: 3rd June 2015 :dancing:

DS-160 Submitted: 16th June 2015

Fee paid: 18th June 2015

09/11/2014 - Received Biometrics appointment letter

09/18/2014 - Biometrics completed at USCIS Raleigh, North Carolina

11/08/2014 - EAD / Travel Document approved and went to card production

11/19/2014 - Received EAD/AP combo card (dated 11/14/2014)

12/16/2014 - Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver letter dated 12/11/14

06/24/2015 - AOS approved! Card picked up by USPS KY for delivery

06/26/2015 - Received green card by mail (Yay I can rest for 2 years!)

he's not far away from Raleigh thoug. have been there last year :D ..but he's in the US and I'm sitting here in good old Germany ? everything gets to is house noa1 etc :D and he's stationed somewhere completely else lol. well gotta be curious what's happening next and when I'll get this form from him.
