Confuse of sealed packet

I just recieved the packet from embassy. I opened the transparent sealed packet because my passport was inside that. I did not open the yellow packet. Will i experience delay/ difficulties at The US port of entry?

You should have no issues. You need your passport for traveling, but the second sealed package is for the officer at your POE. Do not open it or tamper with it, just hand it over when you arrive.
