My parents came to work in US territory LEGALLY. But their working permits were denied due to their employer having a legal case that needs to be resolved and they've lost their legal status January of this year. My naturalization is pending as of now. Can I still petition them to become a permanent resident as soon as my naturalization gets approved? What are the steps that we need to do? Please I need some advice! Thanks!
