Sorry, but did you mean last March, or this March? If 2015, well, that was less than 2 weeks ago. That is early. REALLY early...

OP meant two weeks ago, though most North Americans English speakers would take that to mean last year. It is the way Filipinos say that. They literally mean the last March 17, which was two weeks ago.

OP give it another week maybe two. She was mad cause you called too soon, but she can be mad if she wants you could call everyday if you wanted to.

Not at all. The DCF process is quick. REALLY quick. From the Date of I-130 filing to visa in hand was just under 3 months, and we took our time scheduling the medical and interview. If you get lucky, it can be done in two months or even less.

OP give it another week maybe two. She was mad cause you called too soon, but she can be mad if she wants you could call everyday if you wanted to.

The guy who answered my call when I called USCIS-Manila last Jan 5th when I called asking about our I-130 petition sounded upset when I asked about our petition status giving me the usual 60-90 day processing time spiel. I told him that I was the petitioner and that if he would just go ahead and check anyway. He gets back on the line sounding rather surprised that the Petition was approved the previous Dec 24th (1 business and 12 calendar days previously).

To the OP, keep calling, especially if you're the petitioner.

Not at all. At relative point in the immigration timeline (10 business days after filing the I-130), our I-130 had already been approved.

And if you check one of the other timelines, one guy who filed on March 12th or 13th already had his approval after about a week (March 20th). He started calling USCIS on the 16th.

Thank you so much manilaraf. We will call again nextweek and hopefully we get the approval soon. When we filled the lady told us 30-60 days processing and i read some threads that some are completing the process and getting approved less than a month. Hope to hear good news soon.

Hello, we filed I-130 last march 10 and we haven't got anything from the uscis yet. We've been calling them every week but we get the same spiels everytime. Last week we called them and the lady said it's still in process and said that they're pretty busy this time of the month.

Hopefully we hear from them soon. Good luck to us.

We call them every week just to check if there's anything :)

hi oshinwalls! Hopefully we'll get approval soon. Best of luck to us. :)

We will try to send an email also. I hope they are more accommodating and help us when we call them again. We'll just try and find a person who is more patient on the phone and actually check our status.

Here's the OP of this thread's (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/541025-dcf-i-130-us-embassy-manila-please-help/page-4) most recent post and stated timeline. Please read the full thread for an idea of how fast it can go if everything aligns and the breaks go your way:

And That last bit is an error. Final Interview is April 9 as he listed earlier in the timeline:
