I´m the beneficiary of a visa that is in process at the NVC, they´re reviewing the documentation my dad sent.

My worry is: When my dad(an US CITIZEN) filled the I-130 I was 20 years old, ( the priority date is july 14 2014 and I turned 21 only 4 days after, on July 18 2014).

the NVC already assigned a number for my case,we filled the DS 260(it says IR2 VISA). and we´re just waiting for them to give us the date for the interview.

The problem is I´M 21 YEARS OLD NOW, and I´ve read about the CSPA but I don´t know if Im covered by this law, I´m afraid that at the moment of the interview they could tell me I have to wait because Im 21 years now ,

Am i going to get my visa this year?? Is my age freeze??? sorry for my bad writing.

PLEASE HELP ME...

If your father was a USC when he filed then you age is frozen at the time of filing. It is children of LRP's or derivites chldren that must worry more

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Please use a regular font. It's incredibly hard to read your post when you use the comic sans ms font.

Under CSPA, your age was frozen on your PD because your USC father filed while you were under 21. This locked you in as an Immediate Relative of a USC.

You will get your visa this year.

There is nothing wrong with your English. It's good. The problem is the font.

6-12 months for the entire process. Your interview happens at the end of the process.
