I am the USC petitioner and sponsor. In 2012 I did not file taxes because I was a student in UK, and my taxes for 2013 and 2014 are too low. I did however, start a new job last week and by the time we do AOS I will have 3 months worth of paystubs. Do you guys think I should be ok without a co-sponsor? At my curent job I will be making above the required amount for 2 people. I am just worried about my previous income tax reports.

Also, moderators, please be so kind to move this to an AOS I think I'm posting under K1 threads, but I couldn't find AOS

12.19.2015 WE GOT THE GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL!!!!! No interview :)

Don't include the previous income tax reports if you didn't make the amount required. Provide the proof that you are now. Letter from employer, paystubs.

When filling in your timeline, please understand that all I-129F's are sent to the LOCKBOX in Texas, and then ROUTED (not transferred) to your ASSIGNED service center- the one in Texas "TSC" (not the same as the lockbox!), or the one in California "CSC". If your tracking number starts with WAC, you're at the CSC, you were not transferred! There are no transfers at this time. If your number starts with SRC you're at the TSC and that's where you will serve your entire sentence.USCIS isn't fair.

They don't care about you.

Worst case you can just get a sponsor for it. There is no risk for them as they aren't legally obligated to support your fiance if something goes wrong.
