Do I have to send my original K1 binder to my fiance after i get NOA2?

Is documentation of ongoing rerlationship enough or should i send the entire packet to her. Either way is fine, just wondering what was the normal procedure. Thanks.

I would send a copy of the entire 129 package. So she has it just in case. It may not be needed but better to have it than not. keep a copy for your self.

I agree. Make a couple of copies, and send her one and keep one or two copies for yourself, some of the evidence may come in handy later in the process. I sent a copy to my fiance when we were in the K1 process, but remind her that the information on the forms is sensitive (I.e. SSN, etc) and should be kept between the two of you.

Send the entire package to her and update your 'Intent to marry' signed letters. Always keep a copy of EVERYTHING for your records.

Waste of money to send anything. The I-134 was the last remaining original required and the USEM is not asking everyone for that. I wouldn't waste the money it takes to send that via DHL, FedEx or others. I'd put a couple USPS global stamps on it and send it for less than $5. The new USEM letter dropped the wording about original signature being required on that also, so perhaps even a scan of that works.

Scan or attach anything to her in email that you think she needs or create a shared Dropbox so she can print on her end.

I scanned it to a pdf file and emailed it to her,

and had her print them.

But also, don't forget to mail the following.

1) redo your "letter of intent" with more recent date with signature.

2) I-134 and supporting documents.

3) and additional/updated on-going relationship evidence.

4) final divorce decree (if divorced)

Contrary to what is done at other embassies - Don't bother sending a copy of the I-129F package... total waste of time and energy. I suggest you email her a copy of YOUR G-325A so she has info about you and your family for answering questions. Other than that the rest is a total waste.

I agree. This has been the most recent experience at USEM Philippines.

It's not needed the entire package. I highly recommend getting a dropbox account and drop copies there in the event she needs access. OP should follow the recommendations from luckytwo15 and Hank_!! Experiences at other Embassy's will vary from those of USEM.
