USCIS website question

7 posts in this topic

I went to file my wifes' online I-751 and when I did the "are you ready to file" 2 question option it says she is not available for it yet. Has anybody else had this issue? She is now within the 90 day period so I just wanted to make sure if I should file online or just fill out the form (that I had downloaded previously) and send that in.

I have never heard of filing the I-751 online. Everyone has to mail their application and supporting evidence. Where did you go to do this?

This is not a website affiliated with USCIS. (uscis.gov) Websites like these take your money and run. So my advice would be to RUN from this website as fast as you can!!!!! :protest:

It looks at though you have hooked into a commercial website, that is NOT an official USCIS website, read the fine print at the bottom of the commercial website. Additionally, the website has a ".com" ending. You need to go to an official US government website with a ".gov" ending. Such as this official USCIS website about ROC: http://www.uscis.gov/i-751

On the official link I provided is access to the official USCIS form, instructions, mailing address, etc.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
