Hi Guys,

My wife's case has been approved and we have an interview date for May 12. I've been with her in Vietnam since our daughter was born back in July 2014, I've been unemployed for all of 2014. I have added one of my good friends as a joint sponsor back in November when the NVC asked for the AOS i-864 from us, I sent both mines and his along with our tax forms from 2013 but on my i-864 I made sure to check the unemployment box and list my current income as 0.

Now my question is since the interview date is past the April 15th deadline and my wife will need to bring an updated federal income tax would I need to provide my tax return along with my friends even if I had no income last year for me to file?
