I'm in the same boat. Scan date is Jan 23rd. They don't give any information besides it is taking AT LEAST 60 days. I am hoping by tomorrow i'll hear something or else I may consider asking to speak with a supervisor because the phone reps really have no information on our cases.

Trying to stay patient!

I was just thinking to start a "left behind" thread when I saw this. It's just becoming too painful to watch more & more cases being reviewed & closed far beyond our scan dates. I'm Feb 6th so technically not beyond the 60 days but at this point I know I've been passed over and have no explanation why. I filed paper so it can't be the hold up of ep filing issues. I just don't want to be bitter to anyone in their time of joy so it's best if I avoid some of the other threads for a while. I am truly happy for them but it's just too painful to watch.

Yeah I agree. Now that interviews have started up for May I feel a bit of the panic. I try to relax and realize its completely out of my control but it does make you wonder.

We filled out form 864EZ , no joint sponsors, nothing funny in our case, straightforward as they come, husband isn't from high risk country. At this point I don't want to wait 60+ days to find out it's a checklist. It is just truly mind boggling. All I can do is hope for the best.

Mind boggling is right! My husband keeps reminding me it's all about Gods perfects timing. But it's just so hard to let go & not worry, it is just constantly in my mind and I can't help that. looks as though all of us "left behinders" may be heading into supervisor reviews so all we can do is keep waiting...& keep praying...while trying our best to stay positive!!!

Scan day for my mom and dad 22 Jan

Dad's cas completed , my mom case still 2 N/A .

Same documentation, and still no 3 N/A for my mom

Feeling so sad

Welcome aboard :) im sure you've called right? It's beyond 60 days so have you considered asking for supervisor review? It's a tough choice to make because we could all get a review any time now but if we don't try supervisor and something is "lost" we'll be waiting forever!!

JennyLu, our attorney called, and they said that dad case is closed, and they are still waiting for my mom case , and then to find out the interview date. They put the note yet the different person is working on my mom case.

I AM SO SAD,AND EXHAUSTED

Yeah. Unfortunately I've come to a decision that it's just something about how they split the cases up when they get scanned in & we are obviously on the slow persons desk!!!

So sorry for you...yes, sad & exhausting pretty much sums it up! We're here for you & with you. Hang in there!!

My dad case is closed , the same date

Still waiting

Its strongfull and incresese the patience to see that u r not the only person suffering the specific circumstances.....

The Phone reps has no idea what is ur actual case status.....but i think we should wait for more 10 days...before asking supervisor review.

Cases are delaying may be due to winter season....bcz due to Cold bad weather conditions Nvc is usually closed...which means increasing the waiting times...!!!

I hope soon we will all receive a good news of Case completion from NVC............we should Hope good....!!! NVC reps aren't our enemies but they are less efficient friends....
