Hello everybody...

I finally finished answer for 34.a questions i want you to give me your opinions. any feedback appreciated.

here it is

We first met at --- Lounge/Bar in Miami Beach in July 2009. Till 2011 we kept in touch time by time. Our first initial meeting/going out happened on March 17th to 20th 2011 when (petitioner) travelled to Washington DC to spend time with (beneficiary) and our relationship officially started at that time.

After (beneficiary) moved back to her country (Russia) in April of 2011. We started having long distance relationship via Skype calls, text message, Facebook message, viber message everyday. 3 months after she moved back, we had our first meeting in Turkey from July 20^th to August 3^rd 2011. We stayed at pet’s family summer house together with pet.’s mother in Turkey. After summer 2011, we couldn’t see each other in winter time of 2012 but we kept in touch everyday via internet/video calls.

Starting from summer 2012, beneficiary and I decided to be together whole summer because we miss each other in winter time a lot.

Summer 2012:

· June 6^th to September 3^rd 2012: We were in I/ Turkey Summer house.

Total of 90 days together.

· August 1^st 2012 for 1 day, we went to Chios Island in Greece.

Winter 2013:

· February 28^th to March 6^th 2013: We went to Barcelona, Spain. Total of 7 days.

Summer 2013:

· May 28^th to August 26^th 2013: We met in Istanbul to stay 4 days then we stayed in summer house in Izmir whole summer. Total of 91 days.

· July 24^th 2013 for 1 day, we went to Chios Island in Greece.

Winter 2014:

· January 20^th to January 27^th 2014: We went to Rome and Pisa Italy. Total of 8 days.

Summer 2014:

· June 17^th to September 11^th 2014: We rented an apartment near sea side in Didim, Turkey to stay for a month. Then we moved to our summer house in Izmir, Turkey. Total of 87 days together.

· August 14^th 2014 for 1 day, we went to Chios Island in Greece.

Winter 2015:

· March 17^th to March 24^th 2015: We went to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Total of 8 days.

What do you guys think? I have all the itineraries and passport stamps as well as alot of pictures to support...

i just want to point out that i was married in 2009 and after i divorce my relationship started.. do you think this is bad???

basically i include how we meet first time to what we did last 2 years in the same document... is it fine ?

I can only repeat: We used only the lines in the form itself, no extra sheet:

Met in Sept./Oct. 2014 in Tucson and Dec./Jan 2015 in Houston. Have known each other since pet. was exchange student at UTEP in 1993.

Passed fine with no RFE - but I don't know if Russia is a "high-risk country" that requires more explanation or you have other aspects that might be unusual.

It's too much. Pick one meeting within the last two years and list that. Two sentences max. Save the whole summary for the interview.

You don't get extra credit for multiple meetings.

I wrote a relationship summary very similar to this. I am only about a month into the process so I have no idea what the outcome will be (RFE or not). I also included photos with dates, airline tickets, visa stamps, other receipts, etc... I'd say just include whatever you have, in whichever format you are comfortable with. All of our relationships are different and that will be reflected in the way we each put our packet together. Good luck!

When I submitted my petition for my fiancé in November 2014. I wrote a letter in regards to our relationship and I am still waiting for approval. If it makes you feel comfortable by submitting please do so. I did.

Well, we did describe how we first met, when we visited, and when we got engaged, then made sure to state the dates we had met most recently to fulfill the within two year requirement. However it was no more than a small simple one paragraph statement. I can't fault you for wanting to be descriptive, but you may want to cut out a timeline, it's not really necessary. There's nothing wrong with the initial two small statements you have made, however I think you should reword it to mention the last times you saw each other meeting the within two year requirement. Your divorce has no bearing on the meeting requirement question in particular, as long as your divorce was finalized and you're sending proof of that.

We wrote a long explanation about how we met, kind of like yours. Everyone on vj says it should be a couple of sentences. But if you send this in it will go through well. We got our NOA-2 no problem.

The main point is to show an honest and real relationship. With that in mind, you have to use your own judgement about what is appropriate. My wife and I each wrote a one pager at the K1 stage and we had no issues. Others have just gone with one or two lines on the form with no issues as well.

Your choice.

do i have to include engagement at the final part? or is it fine witthout it? obviously we are engaged to file this paper..

Engagement is not a legal status. You write the intent to marry, that a kind of engagement in itself.

As long as you both include an individually written and signed statement stating your intent to marry as you can find in the example guides here, there isn't a need to go in depth with regard to engagement in question 34. I felt comfortable mentioning it on the question but only in reference to the date we became engaged. Do as you feel is prudent.

In those lines, I only wrote "We last met in Malaysia in November 2014". Got our NOA2, no problem.

We have known each other for years, lived in the same city for 12+ years when we were growing up, got engaged 2 years ago, traveled to so many different countries together in the past year alone, but I figured it would have been excessive, so I chose to only put our last meeting place, and when.
