Hay VJ

only a quick on reference the AoS form sold we treat it like the I-130 and leave no blank spaces for example;

4. Social Security NONE?

5. alien registration NONE?

16. household size filling in only relevant numbers leaving rest bland or putting 0 in them?

17 i am currently only checking and filling out the relevant box and info?

and finally part 7 if we are preparing it yourself can we just leave the whole section blank

many thanks to any responses.

Also in the instructions it mentions to send in tax transcripts and then later on contradicts itself stating to send in W-2's, also it is not clear on the NVC wesite what is the right thing to send.

does anyone have any idea what to follow?

Transcripts are always the best option because they come from the IRS.

OR you can send a photocopy of your entire tax return, but must include a W2 with it to be considered complete. Otherwise you could have filled in a bogus return that you never actually filed. The W2 with it verifies the money you reported earning on the tax return is in line with your W2 from your employer.
