Hi VJ Members,

I am about to file form I-129F for my fiancé.

What other documents that I need to submit with the I-129F?

The sections when they ask for "Name of Prior Spouse" and "Children" is it preferable to leave it blank or to put N/A if it is not applicable to me?

your help and advice are appreciated!

leave nothing blank they will assume you forget to answer and it will cause delays. There is a guide found under the tabs at the top that shows the things to assemble for any type of visa.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Have a read of the guides on this website, which will give you plenty of information on what you will need to send with your application.

As for items that don't apply to you on the application, the I-129F instructions are clear on this.

If an item is not applicable or the answer is ''none'', leave the space blank.
