Repeat medical in St. Lukes after completion of DOT

Hello there! My husband finished his almost 8 months DOT in St. Lukes last September 2014. Since retrogression hit us, we didn't had him do the repeat medical right after. Now that his priority date will be current soon, he took his repeat medical last March 9, 2015. He was informed to call St. Lukes 7-10 working days after to find out what the result is. March 19 we called them and he was informed that he passed and just have to wait for the immunization and release date. St. Lukes advised us to call them back for another week (March 25) to know when will the immunization day is.,However, last Monday March 23 I asked him to call back St. Lukes and he was informed to wait for someone to call him in his phone around noon of March 24 (Tuesday) but noone call him. :'( Is this normal? For those who finished yhe DOT and took their repeat medical, did you guys also had to wait for another 2 weeks or so just to find out when will the immunization and release of documents/results will be?

It's only the 25th now in the Philippines (1am). He can call again later.

We're getting worried. Cause last March 23 he was informed that someone will call him afternoon of the 24th for the immunization and release date which most likely be on the 25th. However, noone called him. :(

My fiancée did the DOT at SLEC as well. Here's how our re-medical played out. We lived in a condo in Ermita and then Olongapo for a couple months.

Her last sputum test was November 12, 2014.

Her last tablet was December 9, 2014.

We went to SLEC on January 9, 2015 to get the result of her final sputum, which was negative. We paid the additional 11,025 php and she re-medicaled the same day. That was a Friday.

We returned to SLEC the following Tuesday, January 13th to finish medical, get her CD and vaccination report.

Interviewed at the USEM Wednesday, January 14th and then visa in hand February 6th.

I as the USC Petitioner had to be very involved with SLEC in order to finish more timely than they normally do. My fiancée told me that if it was just her alone dealing with SLEC at the end of her DOT then it would have taken at least 3 weeks longer.

SLEC will give you a more direct answer if you (the USC petitioner) calls them directly. Try calling them around 8am Manila time. It's possible he could get through the vaccinations today or tomorrow and be done.

Ours is more than 2 weeks now since his repeat medical. I will call them later and ask what's going on. I hope will be done with this asap. Thank you for your response.

You can say that again. :( It's just that this "waiting" is killing us. We're happy to know that we're now only waiting for his immunization but then up until now (over 2 weeks already) they still haven't set an immunization schedule for him. We called again earlier and we we're told that the documents is still on process, another person said it's on hold. :(

FINALLY! After 8 months of delay due to DOT in St. Lukes + another 6 months of delay due to retrogression, my husband finally had his immunization and result (this is after almost 3 weeks from his repeat medical). He was advised by St. Lukes that we can contact (by ourselves) the US Embassy for interview schedule. I will do that once VB for May is out. Question is, St. Lukes informed him that they will forward the medical documents/results to US Embassy, do I need to give them (St. Lukes) a call to ask if they already forward it?

Thank you!

Congrats. We did dot as well. SLEC told me they deliver the sealed medical reports to the embassy in the morning. So, they will most likely deliver Friday's envelopes on Monday morning to the embassy. I emailed SLEC a day or two after my fiancee's remedical and they replied promptly stating the day they sent the envelope over to the embassy, which was next day after remedical. So maybe email them Tuesday and most likely you'll get a reply like this:

Mr. ....,

Based on our file, Ms. ............., medical report was forwarded to the US Embassy on January 14, 2015.

Thank you.

Thank you so much for that information! :) I will email them this Monday or Tuesday. Though I doubt if they are open due to Holy Week. How long did it take before your CEAC status changed from Refused to Ready? And lastly, did St. Lukes or the US Embassy asked you to fill up DS2054, DS3030 and DS3026? I read from other post/topic here in Visa Journey that applicants who underwent DOT was asked to fill up these forms.
