hello,

my AoS was filled by the end of SEP 2013 while F2A was current - that is also my PD. Anyway, i-130 was approved and i-485 was pre adjusted at the interview, but I was not approved as my PD was not current at the time of the interview… They transferred the case to National Benefits Center or something like that, but I am wondering now what happens next? My medical exam is no longer valid and I guess also tax return papers of my sponsor… Ok, let's say that my PD becomes current in May or June, when will I be asked for new medical exam? When my PD turns current, or even before, when they publish VB indicating it will be current?
