Hi! We are about to send our papers for adjustment of status. Do i have to send all the documents (i485,i86,i765 and i131) altogether at P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120 in just one envelope? what about the address at 31 rochester ave suite 100 portsmouth NH for the i864? should that be in a separate envelope?

Thanks

You have to send ALL documents together in ONE envelope to the USCIS Chicago LockBox.

USCIS Chicago Lockbox

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) deliveries:

USCIS

PO Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS

Attn: FBAS

131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Good luck :)

Follow the guide for adjusting from a K-1. Follow the instructions for the I-485, I-765 and I-131. They are mailed together to the Chicago Lockbox.

That NH address is the address for the NVC. The I-864 is a required form for the I-485. You are dealing with the USCIS, not the Dept. of State.
