Dear Folks,

Today we received a transfer notice in our case status stating that our case has been transferred to another office for processing.

Any idea how long it will take for an approval??

Marriage: 10/10/2013.

I-130 Sent: 11/22/2013

I-130 NOA 1: 25/11/2013

NOA-T (Electronic Transfer notice to California Service Center): 24/03/2015

NOA-T (Hard Copy of Transfer notice received in mail): 31/03/2015

I-130 NOA2: 01.04.2015 (Approved)

NVC Received: 16 April 2015

Received DS-261 / AOS Bill: 27 April 2015

Pay AOS Bill: 30 April 2015

Send AOS / IV Package: 13 May 2015

Pay IV Bill: 08 May 2015

Scan Date: 18 May 2015

Checklist: 19 June 2015 [ Non-submission of DS260]

Submitted DS260: 08 July 2015

Case Completed at NVC: 08 Sep 2015

It's because VSC is not able to handle the case load and the VB is most likely going to pass the VSC processing dates. The transfer is good. Most likely folks with a late 2013 and early 2014 PD is being transferred. Now let's hope we get our approvals in the next couple of weeks. It's about time that we see this through completion

I got an e-mail today. My case was transferred. Waiting for the letter with mire detailed information.

09/02/16: I-130 + I-485 + I-765 Sent (USPS)

09/15/16: Email/Text from LockBox@USCIS

09/19/16: I-797-C letters received

09/27/16: BIO early walk-in (10/06/2016)

10/05/16: I-485 RFE email received

10/11/16: RFE yellow letter received/RFE package sent

10/13/16: RFE package delivered (USPS)

10/14/16: RFE package received by USCIS (Email received from USCIS)

11/23/16: I-765 was approved. Card ordered (Expedite processing/Job offer)

11/28/16: EAD Card was mailed

12/01/16: EAD Card was in the mail

05/15/16: Interview scheduled for 6/13/17

6/13/17: Interview. Not approved in the spot. IO wanted to check for gonorrhea test on I-693. She said maybe we could get RFE.

6/19/13: I-797C Letter on the mail. I-130 was approved. 

6/26/17: Email update: Green card production was ordered on 6/24/17

6/29/17: Email saying card was mailed on 6/28/17

6/30/17: We received the card. 

6/30/17: Waiting for ROC in 2 years (6/13/19)

i checked my case on USCIS there is transferred. it,s good news have something then nothing hopefully after couple of week approved it's.

Our case got transferred to TSC back in November 2013. (see my spoiler) It took them another 4 months to give me an approval. Unless you get transferred to the CSC, it doesn't mean much. Keep close watch and if the transfer letter says you should hear something in 60 days, hold them to it and start calling for a service request. GOOD LUCK. Say a prayer that you all got transferred to CSC

Got the same message yesterday about my case being transfered. Priority date is March 10 2014 LPR filing for spouse (i130).service center -Vermont. Really hope is good news and it gets approved soon Enough.
