hello there

I just joined the visa journey family today a few secs ago..

the I-129f will get to Dallas on Monday or Tuesday. How long does it take to get the NOA1 then? and how long from the NOA1 to NOA2? TSC it is the responsible for us.

hello. i send my I-129f on March 10 and on March 20 we received NOA1 on mail post. If u will be routted to TSC u need wait enough.. i see 6-7 months. they move slowlly. wish u good luck

Unfortunately, it varies greatly and there is nothing you can do to speed the process until you are beyond the normal time frames. Go to Igorslist on this site and also look at others' timelines.

your first NOA will be fairly fast that will tell you where your petition was sent and have your case number. The NOA2 will take longer that is your approval from the USCIS. Unfortunately if TSC is your service center, it could be a long wait as TSC is way behind the other service center processing the petitions

Uhm another question - how will i know when NOA1 is approved? Do i get a email or my fiance? or how is this happening

Your NOA1 will arrive within usually a week or two after they cash your check (you'll generally be notified sooner if you filled out the e-notify form). However your NOA2 at TSC will be slow as there is a backlog. Currently people are waiting 7+ months. However this may be subject to change, either faster or slower -- we simply don't know how things will progress in the future. No one knows exactly the reason, as they will not divulge this information. Unfortunately there is not a lot we can do, but you'll find a lot of threads on the forum discussing this very issue. Plan for the long haul, and be pleased if it should come sooner is the best policy.

TSC is processing up to August 2nd, 2014 officially, but we know from accounts here they have been working on August and September, with at least a couple October cases in the mix.

Again the petitioner will receive a letter in the mail that will be your NOA1 and again for the NOA2, respectively. If you filled out the e-notify form, an email would be dispatched first (when it ever works).

The e-notification form is called the G-1145 which the petitioner should clip to the front of the entire application sent in. Yes, the notice would be sent to the petitioner's house. When the letter arrives it will tell the petitioner your case number which you can both use to track the status of on the USCIS website.

we just filled the G325a I think it is called. but not the G-1145 - oh well then will the letter arrive at his parents house ^^

Yuna628 mentioned that we know of a few cases on here that TSC is processing documents submitted in October 2014. Are cases truly reviewed (with the exception of thoes that are expedited) on a first come first serve basis?

ya as far as i read through it..is it sorted after the date it came through their "door" ..and that's the way they're working on it

OP, did I read your fiance is active military, IF so you can get an expedited petition, at least I think so.

YOU need to ask some more knowledgeable members, on this site, how to get military expedite!!

Hello guys,

Right now the TSC is approving cases from August. Check the USCIS TSC timeline for updates, they update that once a month. A month ago when I checked it said they were processing cases from June. Checked a couple of days ago, now it says August, so let's hope they keep it in the same pace. Good luck to us all.
