I have seen some Canadians on here who have done it.

Agreed, I was told that I could do this, not that I did. But I wouldn't risk it anyway! Late April is not that far off!

NVC - 26 DAYS
2013-01-02: Rec'd case#, IIN, BIN & OPTIN emails for EP sent

I would like to know iv get NOA 2 at march 10 in mail when do I expect to get the NVC

Case number? Should I call them every day or I have to Waite anther 2 weeks before call them what is next step?

Best to start your own topic rather than post in a totally irrelevant thread.

To answer your question, you can start calling them every day for your case number. It can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to get it.

still no answer and its been almose more thab 2 weeks its painful to waite and hopes for good news .

If you're not getting an answer at the NVC, you aren't trying hard enough. You may need to hang up and dial again many times before you get through to them, and then you will wait on average 30 minutes to talk to someone. You need to be persistent and keep trying hard until you get to talk to someone to ask about your case. It took me 5 weeks to get my case number. Each day I dialed the number about 30 to 50 times within a span of 2 minutes, just to get past the busy signal. Then I waited anywhere from 25 to 45 minutes on hold. Every day I called them, I was able to speak and inquire about my case. You need to do the same.

Hello ,

I do live out side the us in Rwanda and my fiancé ask me to be patience he try to

Call nvc 5 times and always its busy line can I call them from out side or just my fiancé only have that right ?

What happened if I didn’t call them at all stil I have 1 months duration from the day USCIS approved our petition NOA2.

What about the 4 months duration in NOA2 ? Can the nvc letter goes beyond that day ?
