Hi..I was just wondering why I haven't receive any email or text from USCIS..they have cashed my check and yet no NOAs.. I have read so many timelines with Email or texts confirmation first before their checks were cashed...Any insights or have been through similar experience with mine? Thanks

MY TIMELINE K1/K2 VISA

04/07/2014 : NOA 2

04/22/2014 : NVC w/ MNL case number

07/30/2014 : Medicals SLEC w/ (2)K2

08/04/2014 : My Psych Evaluation Schedule (due to my Annulment)

08/07/2014 : Psych Interview Passed (received a call from SLEC)

08/08/2014 : My Immunization

08/15/2014 : Pending approved due to CRBA and NBI

09/05/2014 : Applied for CRBA

11/12/2014 : CRBA approved

12/04/2014 : Visa Issued

12/16/2014 : POE-SFO

12/26/2014 : Married

ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS W/ MY K2

03/09/2015 : Packet Sent thru USPS

03/12/2015 : Packet delivered CHICAGO lockbox

04/07/2015: : Done w/ biometrics (early walk-in)

04/13/2015: : Status changed to "Case Ready to be Scheduled for Interview"

05/21/2015 : EAD/AP Approved

05/22/2015 : EAD updated to "Card being ordered to be produced"

05/28/2015 : EAD card mailed to me

05/30/2015 : EAD/AP combo card and notice 1-797 received

You should have got one provided you filled out and sent a e-notification G-1145 with your application. Of course the system isn't perfect you may call and attempt to get the receipt number or wait for your hardcopy. Once you have the receipt number go here and create a profile and add your receipt number to your cases, you can then choose on there to receive email/texts.

Just from a bit of experience I did receive my email and text NOA 1, but when I went to the site and created/logged in, neither option was checkmarked on there, so I don't think I would have been e-notified of my NOA 2 if I hadn't done that.

The USCIS process with G-1145 is good in theory, but sometimes doesn't work as stated. If the check was cashed that is a good sign. There are plenty of other folks that have had similar experiences, use the forum search function to find and read about them. If I remember correctly, it took several weeks for us to receive our six NOA1s (3/person).

Be a little more patient.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

March 27, 2015 (Day 15) - Biometrics appointment received - April 8th

April 8, 2015 (Day 27) - Biometrics complete

May 6, 2015 (Day 54) - waiting..... :whistle:

May 8, 2015 (Day 56) - Interview scheduled for June 10th!

May 27, 2015 (Day 75) - EAD Card being Produced & AP Approved

hi, when did you send your AOS packet? I sent ours last March 9..Chicago lockbox received it last March 12..maybe you'll have yours this week too..Good luck to us.
