That's because you're at csc and unlike TSC, csc is ridiculously fast!

How unfortunate it is for all of you who are dealing with the TCS. I feel terrible for posting anything or reading updates from all of us who were submitted through the CSC knowing that the TCS is taking so long on your packets. It just isn't fair, isn't there anything that can be done about that? I didn't know that the CSC takes so long before I submitted for our K1 visa. And the ironic part of the story is that I am actually stationed in Texas with the Army but deployed to Kuwait, so I had to use my parents address in Wisconsin on our packet. So it was processed through the CSC and not the TCS as it would have if I would have submitted before or after the deployment. Got lucky I guess...but trust me...I'm not trying to rub salt on an open wound for all the TCS members.

Yeah don't feel bad about being approved.

It's just posts like this which pisses some of those waiting at TSC off.

That, and because she is from the Philippines (they get expedited alll the time, LOL) and he is in the military.

Not exactly true. My fiance is from Philippines and we filed in December and at TSC and haven't been approved as of March 21, 2015. Although a lot of Filipinos do get approved faster.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Hey congrats.

I'm good with military folks getting some fast break,

since they are risking their lives and serving the country.

I'm also happy for many expedited Filipinos,

but this whole imbalanced CSC vs. TSC processing timeline thing

and the extraordinary and exclusive expedited processing for Filipinos

when there are other countries with harsh conditions...just doesn't seem fair to all.

That said, keep away from those bullets, good luck in remainder of the processing,

and have a safe discharge back to US.

It is sad that some people have had their petitions in since before you two even started dating. But everyone's journey is different, and we all have our own stories. Congrats and from another military member, be safe.

I am fairly certain the great expedite is over. If you look at timelines it seems to have stopped. I was expedited but that was a specific issue with myself.

I was wondering if the expedite was over too because I filed back in January and my fiancé is from the Philippines and nothing on my case yet either. I did see where two cases on Igor's list both dealing with beneficiary's from the Philippines were approved in anywhere from 30 to 40 days after NOA1. They look to be genuine TSC cases too because they are from Virginia and North Carolina so I'm not sure. Maybe those two cases had special reasons and that's why they were expedited. To the original poster, congrats on the approval!

I've been following you any many other timlines from January-February timeframe, and am fairly certain it's over. Disregard mine, because as I said I had a legimate thing recently pop up so I got an official expedite and unfornutely there is no way to capture on their timeline spreads.
