Time for Changing Address

Hi all,
I have a question,I applied for my spouse who lives in Pakistan and I am a US Citizen, and the stage of our application says that: "... we sent your case, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXXXX, to the Department of State for visa processing. Please visit our website for general information on Consular Processing. ..."
I want to know that if the beneficiary changes the address, then ho long does it take to actually get it changed? and how long does the government take to make the change final?

Please guide me, I am pretty confused.

ok, so I just want to make sure, now I will receive a notification to file DS260 and in there her new address will be written? She will not get anything delivered in mail anything until DS260 is filled out right?

Once NVC contacts you with the case number and invoice identification number you will get access.

I have seen this solution in another forum also and I have also seen people suggest to email them with a specific format.

A question regarding this. I am sending I-864 as of now, I should just write the new address of the beneficiary in I-864 as well as DS-260 right? Or do I need to also send them an email?
