There is two sides to every story but mines started two months after we got married he was on a dating site to meet other women. And I forgave him and I returned I found he has been in a relationship since October which I just found out about. Not only that i found him on three more sites trying to meet women. You ask for proof I have over 20 pictures where the woman post of him and her. I am not asking for sympathy just some direction. Yes we filed for AOS but has received any paperwork only his greencard.

i'm not sure if what you stated here is good enough reason to grant annulment. Divorce seem to be the answer. He being unfaithful to you isn't acceptable but that isn't fraud. Some people can't just do without cheating which is all bad. You can file for divorce and try to pull your affidavit of support before he is issued the green card. Sorry this is happening to you

you know what? There's a story of someone whose wife was having a secret relationship with other men and when he found out about it, he went on dating sites but when the wife found out that he's on a dating site she became all mad and began to accuse him of marriage fraud. These things doesn't just add up as are often narrated. I am not saying this was your case but if you want to work your marriage it's up to you nobody can decide that but you. If you can proof that he defrauded you for a visa then you have a chance, but the longer the marriage has lasted, the less likely

for an annulment. If you found an email or letter that says he only married you for a green card then that would be considered proof for fraud.

No person immigrant nor USC should have to stand by and be abused because of immigration. The USC should not be fooled into a relationship because some fraud of a foreigner wants to get into the US nor should an immigrant be forced into being a house slave because they are under a green card. Either type of person should be able to provide evidence of their issue to immigration and they should expect a full and complete investigation. If someone is cheating within months of arriving they are lacking moral character to begin with and did not truly have the bonafide relationship that the other partner attested to in order to get the visa to begin with. That is one of the reasons for a conditional green card, to help out such idiots. Unfortunately some people seems to think all is fair in the green card chase. Just ignore the supporters of evil and file a report with as much evidence as you can gather, let immigration do their jobs and then dump the wander lump of penile foolishness and move ahead with life minus the doo on the bottom of your shoe.
