I know this is a dumb question, but how do we know if NVC accepted our application. Do they sent us a case update at the uscis website or they just send us something in the mail. When do I know if I have to do the ds-160? just giving myself heads up and preparing for the next step as my time is limited. Thanks been 3 weeks and have not heard nothing yet that why I am asking. My longest wait since the process.

Many of us receive nothing from NVC. The only way to find out is to call them: (603) 334-0700. Prepare for lots of busy signals and being on hold for quite awhile.

3 weeks since your NOA2? Is that what you mean? NVC might have it now.

You can do the DS-160 as soon as you get your case # from NVC. You don't HAVE to do it though until you're ready to get an interview date with the embassy (which should contact you when it gets your petition from NVC).

K-1 NVC should not be too long. Unless you get checklist.

You got fast approval at TSC? Wow.

It's an error in his profile (but his timeline is correct). His case went to CSC.

to chose an agent and write my number come this message

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

What other joy is there but being with the one you love
