domicile of a petitioner living abroad

Timeline

We receveid today the NOA2.

So we are ready to filing the i-864. Should the petitioner considered domiciled in the USA, after 3 years living abroad, showing only:

- valid driving license

- bank account (very few movements in 3 years)

- voting records abroad

you can provide all the above , and your willingness to revive your domicile address once you get to US., there's no harm in trying , we can all give our best , Good luck !
