Free to renew EAD card which is based on pending I485/I130?

Timeline

Read the instructions on the form (see page 8 filing fee). I believe you don't have to pay but I dont know if your AOS is based on K1. Fortunately I did not have to renew my EAD, but I was very close to reach the boiling point.

My AOS is not based on K1 so guess I don't need to pay extra fees. That makes every thing easier. Thanks Chris!

I just filled my timeline. It got stuck because my husband sponsored his ex-wife 7 years ago. :goofy:
