Who can take the minor children to the Interview?

How much is the visa application cost and where are payment to to made?

The children case at at NVC, the mother received instructions to follow and both of them seem to be lost without a clue of what to do next.. I know they submit affidavit of support recently and he said she's now doing the DS-160 and she said some other payments are to be made..

Please help me to understand so i can relate back to him.. Thank you very much..

Hi.the visa application is $420. You can send it off using a money order, and send it to uscis.whomever is doing the petition where ever they live they have to find out which lock box they have to send the money order that corresponds with the region in which they live in.there must be two forms that need to be sent with the $420 to begin the petition. in response to the question regarding who can take the minor too can be a guardian like an aunt, cousin, etc.I was like this yrs ago, where my father file for me,and I was a minor.but he was in the states,an he got my cousin to do the entire process with me,an took me to my interview .this was many years ago,so im not sure if maybe they change up the system of who is and who isnt allowed to assist a minor, if a parent is not around.Hope my answer helps a little

also if they already submitted an affadavit, they have to wait between 56-60 days around 2 months to hear back from nvc,if they don't receive a checklist then they will get a case complete.the fees their probably waiting to pay is the iv bill which takes 30 days to show up online to make a payment. Once they accept that payment the ds 260 is open to be filled out online, after all this they can send in both affadavit and iv package one time,.hope my answers help u a little.

All payments are made at te US end by parent, there is no payment in Kingston

upon receiving visa there is a $165 payment required for the processing of GC

after can be paid by mom in te US.

The child can be taken to interview by the legal guardian, if the dad is in the picture

a letter from him, if he's not then there is no letter
