Hi everyone,

My friend and her husbands relationship is not doimg fine. Supposed to be, her husband needs to repetition her to get 10years GC by next month. Unfortunately her husband wont repetition her. Is there any other remedy for her to stay permanently here? Even without the repetition from her husbands.

hi

it's not re petition, it's removal of conditions, she should have filed sooner, up to 90 days prior the expiration, she will have to file now, and divorce her husband if they can't fix things, and later send the divorce decree

she can remove conditions as divorced

20 May 2014: Wedding!
