Goodafternoon everyone!

i would like to hear everyone opinion or sugguestion.

Here's the story me and my girlfriend filed a K-1 visa around 6 years ago, and it was Approved and shes ready to fly.

for emergency reason she not able to come to US and we decided to cancel the K-1 Visa. she went to US embassy to inform them

that she's not able to fly to US.

As of now. we still together (7years) were thinking to get K-1 visa or get married in philippines.

1. do you think were going to have problem repetion the K-1 visa again?

2. should we take K-1 visa or just get married in philippine and petition her as a wife.

Sorry my english was not that good.

Thank you! and godbless!
