Boimetrics appointment

We sent our AOS package last week and got the email and text message today that it was accepted and forwarded to National Benefit Center. How long should it take to get a biometrics appointment? Do they send an appointment letter? Where does one go for the appointment? To the nearest immigration office? I have a very strict job and am trying to plan ahead. Thanks in advance.
