Hi All,

I have all of my items together for my IV package including the cover page. I have just paid my IV fee today so the DS 260 has not come available yet. Can I send the IV package anyway or will I have to submit part of the DS260 in print with the IV package?

Thank you!!

You can send the IV package now. Include the barcoded coversheet from the payment portal.

The DS260 is not required with the IV package. You can fill it out once its available and print the confirmation page and bring it to your embassy interview.

Is it necessary to write Beneficiary case no in all documents of IV package

Yes. Put it also on the back of the visa photos. In case your document gets mixed with someone else's they can easily sort it out thru the case numbers.
