Question about i1864 and Tax deadline during review

I was hoping someone could shed some light on this subject for me. I had a checklist for a tiny mess up so my new scan date is Feb 23rd. I am expecting and praying to get a CC by approx April 23rd. My question is being that these i864 forms were filled out previously with 2011,2012 and 2013 Tax info and Tax Date ends April 15th. If my case is reviewed lets say around April 23rd a week after Tax deadline. Will we get a checklist and have to redo i864's for the 2014 Tax info? I have it done that's not the problem. My concern is expecting it to be CC around April 23rd yet at that point im scared I will get a check list needing the new year and having to wait again 60 days for review?

I believe you should be fine. Once a CC, hopefully without a checklist, the applicant would be expected to take 2014 tax info and supporting documents to the Interview.

we've sent I-864 with 2014,2013,2012 IRS tax transcripts coz 2015 is being processed.we also added an explanation letter with the joint sponsor's signature that he filed for 2015 tax but it's being processed, and pay stubs from 2016 march and feb.


Scan date: 03/31/16


so basically they'll review the case after the tax deadline April 18


will they checklist us?

03-07-2016: NVC received our case. (that's what they said over the phone, idk how they received it the same day it was sent)
