If your case gets returned to USCIS then there is nothing you can do except to start over and file again with more real face time (visits)

and a better well rounded petition with quality evidence, front loading the next petition.

I would try to make a senatorial request asap for a second interview with additional evidence which you hopefully have.

They may or may not grant a second interview.

Another option is to get married and file a CR1 if you don't want to re file a K1.

Contact the embassy if you can and try your best to get them to keep your case at the embassy. You definitely don't want it returned because USCIS will just sit on it until it expires. Hopefully, you can reply to the 221G and soon.

Our case and many other cases were refused and returned under the 221g.

OP needs to find out the details and if he can submit more evidence, if yes then fine and if no then contact his senator before the case

gets returned.

Not true 221g is the form to deny visa. Op will have to see what it says.

Best thing to do at the moment is wait for the 221g, then you will have more exact information as to what you need to do.

i spent 10 days in ph. pictures with her, and her family as well. we sent them all. we have no more to send.the chat logs i sent was highly condensed, just to show the amount of time we spent on skype. didnt think they wanted over 200 pages of log. again i dont know all the specifics right now. weve known each other since 2011, but have no proof until late 2013.

she is going to email me copy tommorow...

A big part of the CO decision is based upon how a person answers the questions, if there was hesitation, uncertainty or anything of that nature it will set off alarms with the CO. Most times the CO doesn't even look at the relationship evidence, except maybe to view a few pictures.

Hank has a point.

In my case, the American CO did not ask me to hand in anything, she just asked me questions about my fiance and me. (While I talked, she was flipping through what seemed to be the printout of pictures my fiance submitted at NVC.)

Before going to the interview, I memorized significant dates like when we met online, in person, his official proposal etc. So, perhaps being prepared in that sense is also important.

Agreed. This is exactly how my interview went too. He browsed through the photos I sent and asked questions about how my family feels about our relationship and more info about my husband (specifically what he does for a living). Maybe she was really nervous? Wait for the 221g like Hank said, and try to discuss the questions they asked her and how she answered them.

I believe the CO review the case and picture before they start the interview. You will see a few minutes break between interviews.

I have not heard of a Visa being denied in a long time, I have seen it a few times, but it is uncommon.

Worse case situation you can always get married and submit again.....
