Status changed to N/A from paid - where do you check this?

Hiya,

I've read here that a way to see if you've got a case complete is to see if your status has changed from Paid to N/A. What tool or site exactly is it that tells you this?

Thanks,

I don't understand NVC's logic or how their processing is fair (hint: it isn't), but I am happy for you nonetheless. I hope you get your interview date soon. :)
