Basically what i am trying to say is that on form 1040 for example, my parents total income in line 22 is say 70,000. And total adjusted gross income is 70,010 because of a $10 taxable interest. I know i have to put what line 22 says. But i was looking at their return transcript. In wages, tips, salaries, it says 70,000 but both "total income" and adjusted gross income are 70,010 on there Would that be a problem?

My parents "total income" in their 2014 return transcript is 10$ more than the total income on their line 22 from 1040 because of a $10 taxable interest (item 8a on 1040). What should i put on the i864 for that?

Ok just totally ignore what i wrote, cant delete it i guess. I was reading it wrong. Sorry
