I haven't logged in here in forever. My apologies for dropping the ball. I did go in and fill in my timeline to the best of my knowledge. I just wanted to comment and let people know about my ROC. I filed everything for myself and my son (k1 & K2) October 9, 2014. Received NOA1 October 13 I believe. I ended up calling USCIS in late January as I was concerned I haven't heard anything since the November 3, 104 biometrics appointment. Everything we had done from the first K1 application was always ahead of the processing times so it seemed odd that this was taking so long. Well, they said they were working on May 2014 files :( So, I thought okay, nothing crazy just wait it out for the interview request. Well today I received our letters that we were approved, no interview and our new cards are in the mail :)

I figured we would need an interview just because everyone else does, but I guess if you do things right, they can process without so hang in there!! So glad to be done with this craziness for now. Next step citizenship!!

A big thank you again to everyone on this forum for all the hard work, detailed instructions and sharing of info. We had zero issues with every step and it is because of the work that goes into this board. THANK YOU!

Congrats !!!

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
