I got a question to the members who already sent the application to Lewisville lockbox. Did anybody use usps/Express mail ? I read some where that Lewisville lockbox is for private courier only. Did anybody has any re-routing issue with usps/express ?

You read this on the main N400 page where you got your application. It's also in the N400 instructions.

If you reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, send your application to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox Facility at the following address:

USCIS

P.O. Box 660060

Dallas, TX 75266

For Express Mail or courier deliveries, use the following address:

USCIS

Attn: N-400

2501 S State Hwy 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

I don't know what happens if you send it to the wrong address, but courier services sometimes can't deliver to P O Boxes.

The Lewisville address is for express mail regardless if is from Fedex, ups or the post office. if you use express mail from the post office that is the address you will use. If you mail it thru regular mail then you will use the other address

If you check the naturalization guide M-476 - page 34 it says

4. Send your application, documents, and fee to the USCIS Lockbox Facility

That's why I was unsure if Lewisville lockbox will accept the express mail via usps

I would follow the instructions on the form. If you are still unsure, then use either a private courier or usps non-express mail. That will eliminate any doubt.
