How to find IV scan date

I sent my AOS and IV documents to NVC in 1st week of January. I received an email with attachment that said something like:

"

12th-Jan-2015,

We received documents on 7th-Jan. It would take at least 60 days to process the documents.

"

60 days have passed and no status update. Is 7th-Jan the scan date of my documents or 12th-Jan? Or these two don't indicate scan date and there is some other date (in which case my documents are not scanned???)?

I have already taken a job in US and have to go there soon and this unknown delay is killing me.

04/02/19 N-400 Submitted online
04/22/19 Biometrics
11/05/19 Interview (Approved)


ROC Timeline

Service Center: California

08/11/17 I-751 Packet delivered to USCIS

09/18/17 Biometrics Appointment

08/17/18 2nd extension letter (additional 6 months)

11/02/18 New card is being  produced (Approved)

 

NVC
11-04-2014 NVC case receive

05-20-2015 Visa received

10-06-2015 Time to kick back and let it fly

Your scan date is 7th January. Call NVC!

But don't call today.. they're not open. Call Monday or Tuesday. ;)
