Got confused with something.. Form 130 and 485

Hi everyone...

I'm about to send everythinh but know i got confused.

I'm sending everything together.

My package includes ==> I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765

Do i need to prepare 4 cover letters? Or just 2 for I-130 and I-485

Can i include Form I-131 and I-765 to the package from I-485?

Now i have 4 different cover letters for each form.

And what about the photos? Do i need...

1 Photo for I-130

2 Photos for I-485

2 Photos for I-765

0 Photo for I-131

Am i correct?

Are you filling for AOS from K1? When I did my AOS (from k1 visa) I only submitted 1 cover letter with the content of my package, not 1 cover letter for each application form. I did not send any passport photo. Please fill out timeline whenever you can.

I'm pretty sure he's adjusting from a different visa, 'cause there's no need to send an I-130 if adjusting from a k1

We included one cover letter that lay out each packet (each of the four 'main' forms that you listed).

Then, at the front of each sub-packet, we included a table of contents that listed each item in order.

We included the same photos that you did, plus one photo of the USC for the I-130.

I don't know if we needed all this, but we didn't get any hassle for including them.
