If the petitioner has multiple DUI, will it affect the K1 visa?

i saw some blogs saying it doesnt but has anyone here experienced this 1st hand? Like they had a DUI but their case was approved? We dont want to hire annimmigration atty... what r the chances we'll get approved? he cleared all his papers...

It probably wont matter much unless one of them is a felony. Some states having a third one is a felony. All depends on the time in between them And what or how he was charged out as.

IF you have 3.,,.,or more, it must be disclosed on the K-1 app. It asks specifically, on 3 or more.

Get your documents to show no felonies, the fines were paid, and nothing is pending, and you should be fine, it is all about documentation!
