Hey CodyCody...

From where you got this info..my PD is Feb2014 and i can confirm am still not able to access for DS-261 & Online choice of Agent...

Checking my emails & trying to logging into CEAC website on a daily basis...!!!!

Priority day is 09/16/2013

I-130 was approved on 11/15/2013

I did wait almost 2 years for my visa available to be able to send I-485.

AOS

I-485 and I-765 were sent on 05/29/2015

USCIS Received Date June 02, 2015 

A check of $1070 was cashed by USCIS Chicago on 06/08/2015

Biometrics Appointment on July 1st, 2015

EAD is approved on August 10th 2015 (73 days)

Received EAD card on August 19th 2015

Sent renew EAD on April 9th 2016

Got interview notice on March 30th 2016

USCIS received on April 11th 2016

Interview Scheduled on May 3rd 2016

Approved on the spot - Handed print out approval notice.

Received 10 years GC in hand on May 7th 2016

N-400 

Filed online on 02/02/2021

NOA online on 02/02/2021

Received NOA in mail on 02/10/2021

Reuse Biometrics NOA online 02/19/2021

Received  in mail Reuse Biometrics NOA on  03/01/2021

Interview Scheduled on 02/17/2022

Interviewed on 03/16/2022

I have called NVC 3 times from yesterday after hearing about Interview Scheduling for May for Aug PD. Every time NVC representative said your case is not available for Visa Interview they are working

As mentioned earlier, i have not received access for DS-261 and AoS bill yet...!!!!!! :clock: ...

the wait is just getting longer & longer....!!!! :(

I know it's crazy why you have not received that access from NVC. My wild guess is that you have to wait till next FY 2016 (start from October 2015 to Sep 2016) to your PD becomes current.

I feel like May Vb will be 22 September or 1st October 2013. A lot fillers with PD after 8th September 2013 still haven't got their case completed yet. If the cut-off day reaches 1st Oct then September fillers still getting in the line to get their IL.

11/24/2013 - IV Packet fee bill generated & paid


12/04/2013 - DS-260 filled & submitted online


12/07/2013 - AOS and IV Packet sent together


01/31/2014 - Received AOS Checklist


02/26/2014 - Received AOS Checklist (this time they asked me to take it to the interview)


02/26/2014 - Together with the cheklist they wrote that they had finished reviewing my case, so this is my CASE COMPLETE DATE.


03/04/2014 - CASE COMPLETE E-MAIL


04/01/2014 - Interview Letter received


05/08/2014 - Interview date (received the green slip 221g form)


06/09/2014 - Submitted documents required in form 221g


06/10/2014 - CEAC status changed to "Ready"


06/13/2014 - Received e-mail saying I have to wait until Priority Date becomes current again for visa to be issued.


05/19/2015 - Interview date


05/22/2015 - Passport arrived


05/31/2015 - Arrived at the USA

Wow! I checked your signature and found out you almost got the visa. I can imagine how sore you would have been when they told you visa wasn't available anymore. Gosh! Anyways this time around, they have no choice or excuse. I'm happy for you. Cheers

Yes it was very painful :( But I believe as soon as PD is current again they will issue the visa, I hope I dont need another interview but i dont care if i do. I just want to get through this as soon as possible to be in the USA. :)

You will be required to re-do the medical and re-submit documents that have expired before they will issue the visa. Good luck! Edited by apple21
