Hi everyone! I just want to ask if anyone here who received a Potential Interview Waiver letter from National Benefits Center, Lee's Summit Missouri last October 15, 2014 (or earlier date) already received their green card? or an update on their case??

I have received my interview waived letter, September 25th 2014, and still haven't heard anything back.

long way to go. We received this letter November 2014 and nothing happen so far. We filed for AOS on July 2014 and until now nothing. According to this letter, they have delay and backlog in their office and an expected delay of 6 months from the date of this letter. So the expected time to receive my Green Card is May 2015. (i.e. after 10 to 11 months from applying for it).

You have to be SUPER patient here.

How soon do they notify you that you received an interview waiver? We just filed our AOS on 3/2 and received NOA1 on 3/9....

We filed on July 2014 and we got the Interview Waiver Letter on 21 November. Nothing updated online since July 2014. Even there were no update on website on the case status, even after receiving that letter. The last update on website was July 2014. I do not know what is going on there.

Sorry to hear that. This is not good at all. That mean it has been one year since the filing date. I want to ask you a question please. Did you renew your work permit? If you did so, did you send money or it is free and how long it took them to send you the new work permit. I am in the same boat.

Got our letter back in August of 2014 - nothing yet.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but we got our NPIW on July 29th, 2014 and we are still waiting. You should be prepared to wait anywhere from 9-12 months after AOS NOA. Join us in our NPIW forum. I know my co-NPIWer Derwood posted our thread, but it's been closed due to too many posts. I'll post the new thread.
