AOS - I-485 - Name exactly as it appears on I-94 - Question about format

Hello guys,

Im filling the I-485 and I have a question that may sound a little bit stupid, but on Part 3 it asks for name exactly how it appears on I-94, so Im confused about which order should I write

SURNAME/LAST NAME + FIRST NAME

OR

FIRST NAME + SURNAME/LAST NAME

Exactly like in the I-94.

I used the example forms that you can find here http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples, it did help me while filling for the AOS/AP/EAD

Yep, I will write the same names that appears on the I-94, no questions about it. But,I-94 shows the last name/surname on a line above the line of first name, thats why Im confused.

We didnt have i94 on hand we just put firstname,middle,surname/lastname..no problems

You can just list the name in order of first, middle last, like the example form here on VJ. It does not have to be the last name first as on the I-94. It just needs to be the same name.
